Drew taught at the Montessori School of Northampton for eight years prior to joining Amherst Montessori School in 2015. She has always been interested in young children, but didn't realize her calling until after graduating from Hampshire College. She studied art, architecture, theater design, film design, and mythology there. She holds a Master of Education from Fitchburg State University, and trained in Infant/Toddler Montessori at CMTE/NY.

Drew delights in creating artwork, photographing nature, and participates in a private Wing Chun Kung Fu club. She also takes bellydance lessons, fosters an interest in the Middle Ages by participating in the Society for Creative Anachronism, and is an avid hiker and bookworm.

Christine has been at Amherst Montessori School since 1995. Prior to working at AMS Christine worked as a nanny for two years, and spent four years of work study at Longfellow Preschool at Mount Ida College.

Christine enjoys reading, snowmobiling, scrap-booking, camping, and NASCAR. She also loves spending time with her husband, Rico, her dog, Jake, and her two step-daughters, Samantha and Rachel.
